Edward Collantes is a commercial real estate advisor with over 20 years of hands on experience.
Mr. Collantes received his real estate License in 1976 and became a broker in 1988. He is a member of the Society of
Industrial Office Realtors, Industrial Specialist, as of April 2007. Mr. Collantes has been the recipient of the
CoStar San Francisco Power Broker for 2004, 2005 and 2007.
Mr. Collantes has experience in areas of real estate acquisitions for a large real estate syndication and managing
a commercial property portfolio with value in excess of $60 million on behalf of one client.
Mr. Collantes specializes in industrial and office properties. Mr. Collantes, who has a track record of handling
complex transactions, has completed deals with FedEx Ground, GeoLogistics, SF Chronicle, Staples and Kinwai Worldwide.
CRC Partners has leased or sold in excess of 600,000 sq. ft of office/warehouse space in the past 4 years.
